Tilting my device isn't moving the balls.
Motion controls need a physical device — the Simulator and some restricted-motion accessibility settings won't produce tilt data. If you're on a real device and still seeing no movement, check that Motion & Fitness access hasn't been restricted under Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions.
What's the difference between reaching the center and winning?
The center ring is open floor — a ball can roll around in there without the round ending. The actual goal is the black hole sitting at dead-center: a ball only counts once it's been sunk into that pocket specifically.
Why does the maze look different every time I play, even at the same settings?
That's intentional. The gaps and walls inside each ring are randomized at the start of every round, so no two mazes are identical.
Can I change the number of galleries, balls, or the timer length?
Yes — three sliders on the setup screen let you set galleries (3 to 7), balls (3 to 6), and the timer (1 to 6 minutes) independently.
My countdown ran out before I finished. Did I lose progress?
Nothing carries over between rounds — every attempt starts fresh with a newly generated maze. If time runs out with any ball not yet sunk, that round ends; tap Play Again to try again with the same or different settings.
Purchases
I made a donation but don't see a confirmation.
Donations are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. If a purchase seemed to fail partway through, check Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases > Purchase History on your device — if it shows there, it went through even if the in-app confirmation didn't appear. Contact us if it's missing from both places.
Can I get a refund for a donation?
All purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple directly, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
